Please provide the training objective, requested topic or type of session, expected number and profile of participants, preferred time and place, financial considerations, and the expected involvement of the Organizing Committee.

Request Review

Once the request is received, ITC will review the proposed training based on its objectives, relevance to the participants, topic, expected outcomes, timeline, and available resources. ITC may contact the requester if additional information or clarification is required before proceeding with the request.

Trainer Identification

After reviewing the request, ITC will identify a suitable trainer based on the requested topic, required expertise, participant profile, language, availability, and other relevant requirements. Depending on the nature of the session, the trainer may be selected from ITC, IAAS members or alumni, or external experts.

Training Planning

Once a suitable trainer is identified, ITC will coordinate with the trainer and the requesting Organizing Committee to finalize the date, time, duration, format, methodology, participant requirements, and other logistical details. The training plan will be developed according to the objectives and needs identified in the original request.

Financial & Logistical Arrangements

Before confirming the training, ITC and the Organizing Committee will clarify all financial and logistical matters, including trainer fees, travel and accommodation costs, participation fees, venue or online platform requirements, and other necessary expenses. All financial responsibilities should be agreed upon by the concerned parties before the training takes place.

Training Preparation

The trainer, together with ITC and the Organizing Committee where necessary, will prepare the required materials and arrangements for the session. This may include presentations, activities, case studies, handouts, technical requirements, participant information, and a detailed training agenda to ensure an effective learning experience.

Training Delivery

The training session will be conducted according to the agreed objectives, format, and schedule. ITC and the Organizing Committee will support the trainer by ensuring that participants are properly informed, the necessary logistical or technical arrangements are in place, and the session can be delivered smoothly.

Feedback & Evaluation

Following the training, ITC will collect feedback from participants and, where appropriate, the trainer or Organizing Committee. The evaluation will help assess the relevance and quality of the training, achievement of learning objectives, participant engagement, and areas that can be improved for future sessions.

Documentation & Follow-up

ITC will document the completed training, including the topic, trainer, requesting entity, date, number of participants, outcomes, feedback, and relevant materials.
