IAAS at SB62 – Week 2 Report

The conference greatly deepened my understanding of climate negotiations while allowing me to engage in key sessions and youth discussions. I built valuable international connections that can strengthen IAAS’s global reach, and I gained practical skills in negotiation dynamics, advocacy, and coordination—enriching both my professional growth and IAAS’s involvement on the international stage.

Before attending, I had set myself three main goals:

To understand the functioning of climate consultations and international negotiations.
To build a network of contacts useful for strengthening IAAS at an international level.
To support and assist Sagar in his activities throughout the conference.
