Crop Field Mosaic of Bangabandhu Makes room in Guinness for Bangladesh

Bangladesh, the country of verdant landsides, has marked her sign again with her beloved treasure.The massive crop-field portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman has made its room in Guinness. The official announcement has come just at the time when the country was looking forward to celebrating the 101st birthday of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

The 400- metre long crop-field bears the widht of about 300-metre. It covers an area of almost 1.30 million square feet,clearly existing as the largest one of the world.

Bangladesh aims to register its name on the Guinness World Records with the largest crop field mosaic of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman (said by Krishibid KSM Mustafizur Rahman)

On a 105-bigha land of Bhobanipur union of Bogura’s Sherpur-Bangladesh, crafting the portrait of Bangabandhu was inaugurated.

The goal was set before a several months engaging some energetic volunteers from all around the country. Some prominent individuals of the countrys Agricultural sector were the visionaries of this amazing project.

The volunteers (Bangladesh National Cadet Corps) contribution was honored by the whole nation.

The visionaries planned to have the declaration of setting a new milestone just before the Birthday of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. And following the plan, the contributors completed the whole work on February 21, 2021.

Mosaic portrait of Bangabandhu was completed before February 21 and it had put on the Guinness World Records before the 101st birth anniversary of Bangabandhu on March 17.

Finally, the announcement of making a room in Guinness as the largest Mosaic Portrait on crop-field arrived before the week of the 101st birthday of the Father of the nation of Bangladesh.
